Lies, terrible service

Its going for 3 weeks and we just keep getting **** to about flight delays ...after customs have been paid?! You cant get a hold of imile or Shein. They dont allow you to return or request a refund. The worst service ever. People who purchased later have already received their purchases. So its obviously not a 'flight delay'
