Late Delivery

I have ordered a parcel on the 202th and till now I am still waiting , I have been trying to call them and it says temporary error . I don't like this delivery I prefer BUFFALLO LOGISTICS and I don't understand why my order came . The parcel is of a dress and it needs to be worn Friday late 1/08/2025 for a GALA DINNER . I need the parcel latest today please
