Issues with delivery and refund

Terrible service.....firstly rhey wouldn't release my package cause their financial department is a mess and had somehow forgotten to allocate funds i paid. Finally got the package but now they wont refund me and wouldnt allocate thw funda to next delivery, they required i make a separate paymeny and they would refund the other. 4 months later, several emails, calls and texts and still nothing.They just ignore or keep passing blame around the departments. They could not be bothered at all!!!!! Terrible customer service!!!
