"Is it there yet" (A Saga - Our parcels scenic world tour)

This is by far the worst experience I have had - what was supposed to be here by Christmas has now surpassed New year too - I received a WhatsApp 2 days ago to say that my order would be delivered within 48hrs and guess what...that has come and gone too! Its impossible to get a hold of anyone , no email address to email, the chatbot needs updating since its limited with options , when selecting the option to complain - its system generated and does not allow for me to add my own complaint, and your tracking responses are generic with limited information. Is this a joke or something!

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER IS ALL THAT I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW.... date and time -that's it!
