Impressive customer service

I was rather worried when I read the reviews on this courier service that Shein uses, but then I was pleasantly surprised by the service delivery. Imile asked that I pay the fees on the 24th of June, and were delivering by the 28th of June (Saturday)!!! When I was not available they even called and asked what day and time would suit me, and they delivered today, on the 30th as I requested. I'm in Rustenburg if that's relevant.
