Import charges already paid via SHEIN

I ordered from SHEIN and paid my import charges via SHEIN as they now make us pay for Import charges immediately on the App. I received a WhatsApp stating that I must pay for Imports on order *** which I have already paid for on SHEIN R520. I don't owe anything so please can my goods be delivered
