Imilie logistics excuses

Messages from their customer serives...I have recieved notification of out for delivery on Thurday 21/08/2024 of scheduled delivery- driver had a breakdown.

22/08/2024 Friday-driver didn't have time. I was told they would escalate the matter and I would receive on Monday which is today. However I have still not received my parcel its way over due , I ordered for the first time from shein and am experiencing these difficulties. I dont know what their excuse would be tomorrow. They cannot provide me with drivers information 😒 either.
