Imile worst logistics company ever

I wish I could review minus stars. They are the worst courier company ever. They take 12 days to deliver in klerksdorp after a parcel from shein in china was delivered to them within 4 days????Much faster from China to Kemptonpark then from Kemptonpark to Klerksdorp. My daughter in law also ordered from shein and her parcel was in Rustenburg with Imile on the 23rd of February and then delivered in Klerksdorp on the 23rd of February. My parcel that was with them on the 21st of Feb is still in Rustenburg and they say I will only get it by the 27th of Feb. And according to their team leader all their managers are in Dubai. If it is true I understand why the service is so pathetic as there is no one taking control.
