IMile VAT & Duties & Shipping Charges

When buying products from Aliexpress (and it appears to be Shien and Temu), the packages are being handed over to Imile to perform the last mile delivery. The thing is that Aliexpress is not paying for this delivery, you are. Except they are not saying this. They are saying that this is VAT and Duties. While some of this is VAT and Duties, the balance is extra shipping. On the 5 orders that this has happened on, they appear to add different prices depending on how much the item is worth. But it usually from 70% to 90% of the price of the item. The only way to contact them is via WhatsApp, except they don't respond. There is a phone number, but that either doesn't work, or no-one answers. What we have here is a *******. At Aliexpress, when you choose Aliexpress Standard Shipping, it goes to Meili and Imile. It is impossible to get Aliexpress to check into this. They just tell you to do a refund. So the seller eventually has to pay it. This is *********.
