Imile up to 💩

Wish there was a way to not give them a star at all!!!!

I ordered from Shein and my package has been handed over to Imile who shipped it to Western Cape on 27 Aug. I am in North West Province and on the 29th my parcel was received in Western Cape. Why did they send my package to Western Cape???? Which is 1200km from me???

On the 2 Sept my package was sent back to Johannesburg and I still havent received it. 12 days later!

When you call and speak to customer service Supervisor - by the way what an excuse of a human being that is! Make promises and can't keep up to it as to even call you back! My wish for that company is to fall apart and close down!

Still dont know where my package is and still havent received answers
