To say this is the worst logistics company would be an understatement. I thought buffalo was worse, but this one? Tops it all. I don’t know why Shein is working with this company. They are not helpful at all. Our orders are delayed and there’s no solution or assistance from them. We are unable to reach them, their customer service is nonexistent. This company has ruined so many people’s experience, and what’s more disappointing is that it is not yet peak season, yet they are failing to manage the capacity. Nonsense
