Imile service failure

Placed 2 x Shein orders on the same day - 15th Sept. One arrived very quickly - 2 weeks, the other Imile requested a clearance document to be submitted which was done on the same day. Clearance started on 24th Sept, and 20 days later still has not been released. They do not respond to emails and impossible to get through on the contact numbers provided.

Absolutely pathetic service.
