Imile Refund

Had an order to be delivered from SHEIN as my order have been cancelled due to ******* as the were supposed to be delivered on the 04th or 05th September 2024 but was not . I tried a million times to send an email to them since well I’ve requested a refund to them because I’ve definitely paid for my things to be delivered. I don’t know if they making me a stupid or what because they asked for POP and I send it after that they don’t do what right they go quite.No communication or whatsoever to tell me I have to wait for at least 7-14 working days,nothing at all and am serious tired of what they doing because it’s not like I’ve woke up and got that money,I worked for it and if this is how they deal with their customers then I don’t know because it’s not like it’s my problem.
