Imile & Meili Logistic poor service delivery

I would like to send this email with disappointment for the service received from the Imile & Meili Logistic Delivery for order GSH1NQ395002R5J tracking number ***. I received a call at 7:37 am from number *** to come collect my order at Mamelodi East Police Station at 9:00 am. When I got to the location I had to contact the driver as he was not at the venue as per his instruction of 9:00 am, we waited 10 mins as per his indication and he arrived 12 mins later. what I am mostly disappointed in is the fact that I paid R546.75 for my order to be delivered at my own house now I am being inconvenienced having to use my own petrol, my own airtime to call the driver and my own data as I did not know the location of the Mamelodi East Police station.

The attitude of the driver when enquiring why must we all come to the police station to collect orders when we paid for home delivery was puzzling, he stated that things change and that is how it is. no communication on any of the Imile & Meili logistic stating collection is to be done at the police station , I would have never used them for delivery.

Kindly elaborate and explain the reason for me collecting at a Police station rather than my home address and not being given the option prior to choose if I would like to use Imile & Meili Logistic. and advice the reason for me paying full delivery amount for it to not be fulfilled. also on the 8th of march 2025 at 9:53 am sent an email to *** to enquire about the above concern no feedback has been provided.
