iMile lost my return after collection — I have video proof

iMile collected my Shein return, from my home in Krugersdorp on Monday 13 April 2026. I have CCTV footage of their courier guy taking my parcel. It’s now 22 April 2026 and Shein’s system still shows “awaiting collection”. When I contacted iMile, they claimed they never received it. No scan, no update, and they’re denying a collection that I have on video.

This is unacceptable. Your driver collected it, I have proof, yet iMile has lost it and is refusing accountability. My Shein refund is now delayed because of iMile’s poor tracking and dishonesty.

Sort this out and update your systems. Other customers: be warned if you’re using iMile for returns.
