IMILE LOGISTICSIS JUST THE WORST COMPANY THAT WILL ADD TO YOUR STRESS AND ANXIETY! MY PARCEL IS NOT GETTING DELIVERED TO ME

Honestly. I am in disbelief. My parcel arrived in South Africa on Monday and I paid the customs immediately when the link to pay was sent to me.

Now I am failing to understand why even today ( 5 days later) I still don't have my parcel. There is no movement on the tracking website to show that my parcel is being given the urgency it needs. I paid a lot of money including customs for my parcel to just be sitting in a warehouse at the airpot when it should be getting delivered to me. The process in China is swift and efficient. Our parcels get stuck here in South Africa as a result of unprofessionalism and negligence of customers on Emile side. What is horrfying is also the stories we hear of people saying their items get ****** or they go missing. Imagine all the stress. Of course the things will get ****** because why are they stuck in a warehouse instead of being delivered to the owner?
