iMile Logistics - Will never use again if possible

I have ordered from Shein on the 3rd of Sep and paid my taxes on the 4th. I was receiving whatsapp every couple of hours saying my taxes were unpaid but the payment link shows "payment successful" and does not allow another payment transaction to take place. Shein confirmed on Twitter DM that it shows customs paid. iMile SA mailed me while on a call with them and I sent them proof of payment yet I am still receiving non-payment notifications. Now I've received a notification from Shein saying that the courier has advised that taxes have not been paid, to contact my local courier service and that my parcel could be returned or destroyed without any further notice. The local courier service IS the problem!!!!!
