Imile logistics poor service

This logistics company works with shein. I oder my clothes with shein and imeli logistics was my courier company. I was expecting my oder yesterday and didn't receive anything. Then late around 18:39 I received a message saying my order was delivered. I sent numerous emails telling them to send proof of my recipient. Because I didn't receive the order. They sent me an email few minutes ago saying my order was delivered which I didn't receive. The question is who received my order?
