Imile Logistics Poor Delivery

I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent delivery experience with iMile South Africa.

The delivery driver behaved in a rude, antagonistic, and completely unprofessional manner. He attempted to contact me while I was briefly away from my phone, and instead of following proper procedure when contact could not be made, he chose to verbally reprimand me upon delivery. This behavior is unacceptable and inappropriate.

The driver also falsely claimed that I did not provide a delivery address. This is incorrect. I always provide accurate address details at checkout. This points to a serious internal failure within iMile’s systems to correctly pass delivery information to drivers. The recipient should never be blamed for internal documentation or process issues.
