Imile logistics payment link expired

I placed an order on Shein reference ***. I received an email with a payment link from Imile Logistics when I clicked on the link to make payment it gave me an error and timed out. I clicked on the link again and got an error saying the link has expired. I tried calling the number listed on their website I was holding for an hour with bo answer. I messaged them on social media no response. I sent an email asking them to resend the link no answer now my order is going to be sent back or destroyed. Totally pathetic customer service!
