Imile logistics or Meili logistics is the worst courier company ever

I realised that my phone number was incorrect, so I changed it on the day the delivery went out. They do didn’t deliver… the order went out on the 2nd of July, I still haven’t received it. I can’t even complain to them on because that option isn’t working. I’ve been calling everyday, but no one is assisting me, I even asked if I could go to their warehouse and collect my parcel, they refused.
