Imile logistics nightmare

I'm disappointed with the level of professionalism and competency I received from this courier company. I bought garments for my works year end function with Shein. And last week on the level I paid for customs and was told the flight will delay for 3-5working days. To date I have not received it after following up numerous times they only responded now saying that it is delayed and might come after the 23rd. I am heartbroken because that is too late. The function is Friday the 22nd. I am so dissipated they failed me as a customer and I will not buy anything from Shein anymore
