Imile logistics keeps on disappointing

Another disappointment from imile logistics. Imile charges ridiculous amount for customs while Buffalo charges way less, imile also takes forever to deliver, with no updates from tax paid, and no communication whatsoever. Why charge so much customs amount if there’s poor service?
