Imile logistics is unprofessional

I just read the reviews on this company and I cannot believe it!!! I paid customs last week and have not received any update not even a simple proof of payment! The agents don’t respond to WhatsApp, no one answered the phone and I’m pretty sure the email won’t get answered too. My main concern is my parcel making it to SA! 🥹🙆🏽♀️
