Imile Logistics is the worse company to work with people

First time get my delivery via Imile Logistics and I'm not happy at all. I paid customs on the 5th of November. I only receive an email 11th November about the delaying delivery. All their email are "no reply" you can't communicate with them not in any way. They're very unreliable

How do I get the refund from them
