Imile logistics is the most horrible courier company

This is the worst courier company i have ever dealt with, November order from shein has not been delivered yet and i’ve been trying to call them but they are not picking up calls. the whole call center is just ignoring calls but the package on shein app is making movements, it was where i stay in witbank and the next thing its returned back to Johannesburg. i’ve been trying to call them, it does go through by they are not picking up. today it’s the 16th of december and i have not yet received my order
