IMile logistics is ****ming people

I placed two orders on 26 February 2025 and each costed R1,585.00. On 01 March 2025, I got an email from IMile to pay roughly R386.00 for each parcel for VAT and Duty which I did on the same day. The first order was delivered successfully on 06 March 2025. The other order is apparently held at customs up to this day. I am told by a company called Meili Logistics that SHEIN failed to declare the actual value of the clothes and as a result I have to pay an additional fee of R1200.00 for VAT and Duty. How can I be charged R1,586.00 for VAT and Duty for an order that costed R1,585.00, how is this amount justified? SHEIN must check on the service providers (IMile logistics and Meili Logistics) that they use because they are ****ming us. I’m still waiting for the delivery of my second order. How come the value of the first order higher than the second order. Why did IMile logistics tell me to pay R386.00 and then pass me on to the next people to ****** me. When I checked on the progress of my order with IMile logistics, I was told to wait for clearance to be finished, why are they not telling me about this Meili Logistics story of having to pay more money which is ridiculous? When will I get my clothes?
