Imile logistics is a **** of a logistics company

Pathetic logistics company ever! I placed my order with shien on the 3rd of November, paid my taxes same day i received the email on the 8th of November. On their website it has not updated anything but to say i have paid taxes. On the 11th of November i received an email saying there has been a flight delay. When tracking on shien it says the parcel is in Kempton park( south africa) i called the logistic company to try track they told me the parcel is still in China. They dont know why shien is saying the parcel is with them, and the call was dropped. This not the first time i have had horrible service with this company.
