iMile Logistics Do The Right Thing

This is a SHEIN order, First there was flight delays which meant my order will be delayed. It arrived in Johannesburg on Sunday as I got notification, as I need the package urgently I contacted them when I saw that there was no new update on Wednesday, I want to collect the order as "it was delayed" the contents inside are needed for an event and I was told I am not allowed to collect, when I asked when the delivery will be I was told that there are not sure as they still have to allocate a driver.
