Imile Logistics' courier guy stole my package

My Shein package went out for delivery on 20 December 2024 but I have never received the order. After numerous follow ups and a lot of excuses from Imile's delivery team, I got a phone call from a lady on 2 January 2025 claiming she is working for one of Imile's branches. She said the courier guy was hi jacked and the parcel was ******. She said she need to change the order as 'delivered' and even post a photo of a black lady in her pajamas as the person who 'signed' for it. I believe Imile Logistics' courier guy stole my parcel and signed for it on my behalf! After I lodged numerous complaints to Shein, they constantly say the status shown that the parcel has been delivered. Imile Logistics' only response is that they are investigating the situation. I now need to follow up constantly with a phone call and every time it is the same answer...we are still investigating. The order was over R2000 with the import tax and my children still have not received their Christmas presents! Imile logistics in South Africa is not trustworthy and the worst delivery company!!! I still want a full refund for the loss Imile Logistics!
