Imile Logistics can't allow me to collect my parcel at warehouse

This logistics company i don't understand how they work and how they got business. my order is current with them and i asked them to please allow me to go collect my parcel as tomorrow morning i will be travelling and i need that parcel, they are saying they cannot hand over me the parcel they have to deliver to my door. They don't understand matter of urgency. i have already lost a 1 days of my travel while i was waiting for the airport to release the parcel after custom. now is Imile, my parcel is now handled by Shine Logistix, they can't even allow me to go collect myself. Please assist can't wait till tomorrow.
