IMILE LOGISTICS ARE LETTING PEOPLE DOWN

I have ordered from Shein on the 5th of November 2024. I have paid my vat & Duty in full. Then my parcel was shipped, and then all of a sudden there are flight delays, and now they will send the parcel on the 28th of November. What is going on with Imile services. I can not get an answer from them. The whatsup chat is pathetic, you don't even get the right option to choose from. When I track my parcel, I don't find it. Despite numerous emails, I still haven't received any messages.

Does anyone who are complaining about Imile get answered? I'm just curious.

I'm super disappointed with the service from Imile, this is a first time. I wanted to order some more things but now I don't think so, I don't want to go through this process again.
