This is just the worse service ever. I place my SHEIN order on the 24 Apr 2024. a Week ago I received WhatsApp to make a payment for customs, which I did immediately, On the 2nd of May tracking said its been transported to the next station, which should be Cape Town. Its the 6th, I am still waiting. Trying to contact them has been fruitless. SHEIN use to use Buffalo and I never had any issues with them. I really do hope I get my parcel. Is there anyone who know how to get hold of this company. This is so frustrating. They don't update their live location as Buffalo . Utter disappointed.
