I regret to share my recent, consistently dismal encounters with Imile logistics, specifically in handling orders from Shein China. The persistent issue revolves around packages exhibiting clear signs of tampering, with a staggering 90% of them arriving with items missing. Furthermore, the lack of effort to properly reseal the packages is appalling. The parcels consistently display tears, filth, and, unbelievably, some even STINK a strong odor of urine !

Attempts to address these concerns through emails and phone calls to their service department have proven futile as complaints remain unanswered. Escalating the matter to Shein, I discovered they could verify the dispatch of the ordered items, emphasizing the alarming conclusion that the issues lie within Imile logistics.

This unfortunate experience not only reflects a severe lack of professionalism but also raises serious concerns about the integrity of Imile logistics in handling shipments. It is disheartening to label a service as theft, but the evidence at hand, coupled with unaddressed complaints, leaves little room for alternative conclusions.
