The ladies who answer the phone (when they deign to answer) - mostly it is not answered or picked up and then dropped in your ear. Ladies are rude and not willing to help customers. You get the feeling that they are doing you a HUGE Favour by answering your call and how Dare you ask them questions. They refuse to give reference numbers and simply don't want to answer questions. Their info is also not up-to-date and the only info they have access to is what is onscreen on their side - info which is older than the app info on my phone.

I wish Shein would rather use Buffalo.
