Imile failing to deliver

My package was cleared on the 20th of September. On the 23rd I phone in they said i will get it on 25 or 26. I phone in again today (26) and now the said it is not assigned to a driver it will come sometime next week. Than meens to deliver a package from Kempton park to Pretoria can take 2 weeks with them. Do not use them!!!
