Horrible customer service my parcel got in town Friday morning I sent them email they never responded they sent WhatsApp this morning because my address is work address and I’m not working on weekend asking me to confirm or change address I did they ignored me sent email that my parcel was not delivered due to insufficient address that’s a lie
