Imile driver failing to do her job properly

I had a Shein parcel for Return that I requested on 17/09/2026.

I received a call from a cell number *** and the lady said she is from Imile and wanted to collect my Parcel on 26/09/2026. I advised that i was unavailable and she promised to return on Monday the 29/09/2026.

She then called me on 30/09/2026 and said she wants to come to collect my parcel with a cell number ***. The parcel was collected and handed over but there was Return slip issued by the lady from your offices.

I have checked the Shein system and to -date the Parcel is still reflected as not collected. I tried to call the *** number to no avail to check what the reason for the delay, to no avail.

I have emailed the *** and i have not been rep**** to or called about my complaint
