Imile delivery

I made an order with Shein, and normally buffalo delivery services have been great, now I received an email /WhatsApp link from Imile delivery to make payment, which I've never used before and am not even fimi**** with. But what is frustrating with this Imile delivery is that the link does not work at all, when u lick on the link and click on payment option it says "processing payment" and I don't understand how it's processing payment when I have not even entered my banking details yet so as to make payment!! This imile delivery is such an inconvenience and now am left with worry that my shein package will be returned. Can some please help if such has happened to you, I am very frustrated because they don't even answer calls nor emails!!
