Imile

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the non-delivery of my SHEIN package. The package was in South Africa in the beginning of December 2024. It is now more than 6 weeks later, and I haven't received it yet. More than a week ago Imile sent me a WhatsApp to say that my package will be delivered within 5 working days, and yet, nothing. I fear that you lost my package, and are going to escalate my complaint.
