Imile customs

Good day,on the 17 December 2024 I paid for the customs for my shein order,but unfortunately it deducted twice, I tried contacting imile to alert them that they deducted twice for customs. Since then nothing has been done, I'm sending endless emails to them with no refund. please assist me with this matter
