I order from Shein Imile let me known I must pay customs and Duty fee for delivering I paid the fee. IMILE told me parcel was demaged they going to refund me ... Still No refund after 27 workings days. Their ***, reply email: Customs and Duty refunds take 7-14 work days ,myne is 27days already NO replies anymore from them if I mail them.
