Imile a fly by night company

I think Imile is a fly by night logistic company that does not hold true to their supposed values that's on their website. I have been ordering from Shein for a while. Buffalo Logistic have always been used as the logistics provider in South Africa for my packages. For some reason Shein decided to use Imile this time around. They are the absolute worst. I keep seeing messages on the Shein app that they were not able to deliver the package due to incorrect address or contact details which have not ever been changed since I started ordering from Shein. Buffalo also used the same address and contact details to deliver my packages. I have been waiting for days now for them to deliver. They must carry on with their shoddy service, hopefully they go out of business soon
