On the 08/04/25 I received an email from Imile to pay my taxes in oreder to release my parcel from Shein, they sent a payment link again after I already paid!!! I have contacted the call centre and the only help provided was telling me to send a proof of pay,ent. I did send this about 15 times as they claim not to be recieving it.

Utterly dissappointed in this service, is IMILE *****ing money from customers now???????????
