I'm so disappointed with iMile Logistics

I am very disappointed with the delivery company, I was required to pay duty/VAT on my parcel t days ago and until now there hasn't been any update on the where about of my parcel. I tried calling them, no one is picking up. I've sent numerous emails that have not been rep**** to. I don't understand why Shein is still using these logistics after so many complaints.
