I was ****** , my packages are lost

NEVER USE IT!!!! I MILE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE WITH YOUR MERCHANDISE. They didnt go to my house to do the delivery (i can prove it becasue they need a code in order to get it to my private neighborhood and they never called or ask for it) they informed they went 3 times (its not true) and now my package has been returned but in China they said to teh company that the package wikk be destroyed. Is tah possible? I really need help and support. I could not speak with a managger or a supervisor. Terrible service
