I order online with Shein, somehow our first order was with Buffalo and they excellent... But Imile takes forever and they phone you when they outside your gate, what if you not home... They have virtual customer service, which is ****, because virtual reality can't really deal with real people, only robots and somehow you can never get hold of them... Their customer service email address states that they will get back to you within 24 hours, never happens... To trace the order is even worse and this is horrible service... They need to jack up their services, because it's a pain in the but...
