I HATE iMile, worst delivery/ logistics company EVER!

This has been by far the worst customer service and logistics company I have ever needed to deal with. Bought off Shein on the 1st Nov, paid duties on the 5th which wasn't cheap, the timeline for my parcel has been stuck on the same message since the 5th, no update, nothing. I emailed, WhatsApp, called, DM's every possible form of communication I have tried and no replies, all you get is a bot no actual people tried to help. This will be the last time I ever order from Shein only because I never want to deal with iMile ever again. Now I will need to fight for me refund and the tax I paid on it. The most frustrating thing and disgusting behaviour.
