Horrible service

The absolute worst. They said they couldn't deliver, while no one even came to my place, and then suddenly the package is water damaged. This was in the beginning of Jan. Mid Jan they say they will refund customs fees. I'm still waiting and it'd the 4th of March today. I called this morning, they say they refunded me last week, and yet I have not received this fund. I ask for proof, and it's even a different amount on their slip. Still nothing in my bank account. I'm so exhausted, I spent most of February following up because they never update. They're honestly the worst when it comes to customer service. I wish to never deal with them again.
