Horrible Service and No Communication

If I could give them a 0 star, I would!!! No communication, I placed my order on the 4th of Nov, paid my taxes on the 8th and since they have been saying there is some sort of delay for 2-3 days. It has been a week, their line registered does not work at all, no response to emails.

What service is this
